Based on that, we will give you an estimate of the costs.
We generally work on a time and materials basis, as and when the work is required. Or you may prefer a fixed monthly package which we can offer once we have built up some experience with you and understand your needs more accurately.
We appreciate that sometimes electrical issues arise unexpectedly and are always on hand to assist you if this happens.
The CC Electrics guarantee is to respond within three working days for standard work orders and within 24 hours for next day call-outs.

Socket not functioning properly
A resident complained that a socket in their kitchen was working intermittently.
The manager advised them to stop using it immediately to ensure there was no fire risk.
They raised a work order with CC Electrics who came to site within 4 hours and replaced the offending socket, enabling the resident to use it safely again.
